School District 27 – Cariboo-Chilcotin modernized its data environment by implementing a secure, Azure-based data warehouse with MSP Corp. By unifying student, staff, and financial data, the district gained trusted, role-based reporting, faster insights, and a scalable foundation to support proactive, student-focused decision-making across schools.

E-Comm, British Columbia’s primary emergency communications provider, partnered with MSP Corp to modernize ICECAPS, its enterprise analytics platform, using Microsoft Fabric and Azure. The new centralized data foundation delivers near real-time insights, improves staffing and operational decision-making, and enables secure data sharing with police, fire, and health partners. Positioned for future AI and Next-Generation 9-1-1 initiatives, the platform strengthens E-Comm’s ability to meet critical public safety service levels.
