The Challenge
Grey County was looking for a on-premise email migration that included a tenant move. With a small IT department, they knew that they needed help to help get deployed.
MSP Corp West was chosen because of their status as a strategic Microsoft partner and their long history successfully implementing exchange migrations.
The Solution
MSP Corp West is a long-established leader in deploying, migrating and supporting Microsoft messaging platforms. The solution for Grey County was easy – to hybridize and then migrate their organization to the cloud.
MSP Corp West set up the environment and made sure the hybridization process was in place. Finally, MSP Corp West worked closely with the Grey County IT team to train them on how to complete migrations alongside some basic tenant administration. Training was also completed on the configuration of Office365, and changes made to both the Office365 tenant as a whole and Exchange specifically to drive effortless collaboration.
